How We Produce Interlock Fabric in Vietnam
At Thai Son S.P, our commitment to quality starts from the very beginning. We import premium-grade cotton and spandex fibers from trusted suppliers in India and China, while also incorporating select domestic materials from Vietnam.
This unique blend of quality fibers is then brought to our facility, where the fabric is woven right here in our factory. This crucial in-house step gives us total control over the weave and structure of the material. The finished fabric is then sent to our joint-venture dyeing workshop in Vietnam to achieve the perfect color and finish.
This streamlined, closed-loop process allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality from the moment we select the fibers to the moment the finished fabric is ready.
